QA/QC Introduction

ICCOLD has always been attaching great importance to quality control of its products, providing quality products was regarded as a prior company strategy by ICCOLD.

During mass-production stages, in order to improve the quality of our products, ICCOLD attaches importance to its staff supervision, the equipment and machines used for the manufacture of the products, the materials of the products, and the manufacturing methods of the products.  

1) ICCOLD has set up numerous standards to find qualified suppliers, we carry out strict evaluation process to ensure the materials and parts we use are with reliable and consistent quality.

2) During the production process, we carry altogether around 100 tests and inspection to minimize the defect rate of our products. Part of the steps are as followed:
-component inpection before installing
-panel intalling inspection
-foaming inspection
-machines External aesthetic inspection
-Internal aesthetic inspection
-safety function check with power on
-temperatures test
-energy and temperature test when stability status
-product strip down test

3) Before delivery, our QC staff will carry out inspection on the whole machine,  and we will cooperate with the third party inspection when requested by customers.

Finally, ICCOLD is actively collecting comments on the quality of our products on the market to reflect the results toward the improvement in the quality and reliability of ICCOLD's all products including any product to be released by ICCOLD in the future. The comments include complaints about the quality of ICCOLD products. If any ICCOLD product on the market has a quality problem, ICCOLD's Product Quality Control Department, in cooperation with the departments concerned, promptly finds the cause of the problem, takes necessary countermeasures to solve the problem, and prevents the recurrence of the problems.
